For those who are interested in studying postgraduate medicine, I am sure you know that you have to be geared up with a substantial amount of work experience. You could work in a care home or a a hospital Some charities are looking for volunteers to help people with conditions such as stroke, parkinsons, MS etc but they would probably want a longer term commitment. So as well as gaining at least a 2.1 at the end of your degree, medical schools also desire a fair amount of work experience. A medical admissions tutor of Tooting University said that in his university you need [/u]at least[u] two years worth of work experience.
